The Sunset Beach House is located only 12 miles from the Kahului airport in sunny Kihei. It sits on a quiet street, yet it is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and a grocery store. A dreamy sunset is provided at the end of each day at no additional charge. You will have the front row seats for this nightly show. From the beach, from the spa, or from the covered balcony, you will have a panoramic view. |

The
great room, upstairs, is a comfortable gathering spot, with more oceanview
seating just beyond the glass doors. The family room downstairs has an internet computer and a
home theater featuring a state of the art sound system.

The
Waterfall Bedroom features a great ocean view, even from the bed or shower.
A waterfall on the bedroom balcony cascades into the spa below. Watching
the "moonset" from bed is a special treat. The waterfall/spa
was designed to have the look and feel of a tropical waterfall pool. The
spa is solar heated and maintains a comfortable temperature until a few
hours past sunset. The waterfall is very refreshing. The spa area has an outdoor shower.

The
modern kitchen and living area includes both indoor and outdoor seating
and dining tables. The covered balcony offers comfortable outdoor living
to go with Maui's nearly perfect climate. There is a table for 6, both
indoors and out. A built-in music system offers individual volume controls
for 4 different areas, including the waterfall/spa. The main living spaces
and master bedrooms are air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans throughout
both houses, though Maui's pleasant trade winds normally provide their
own air conditioning.

| A spacious lawn under mature coconut palms stretches back to a sandy beach and the warm, inviting water of the south Pacific. A hammock is stretched between two palms. Swimming, kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and fishing, are common activities from the beach. A coral reef approximately 200 yards from shore stretches north and south. A gas grill on the lawn serves both the main house and the guest house. | ||
