If you are planning a small wedding, you have come to the right place.

The Sunset Beach House was designed with weddings in mind. I do limit the use of the property to small wedding parties; 16 people or less. This is a firm rule. One other rule you should be aware of is that I do not allow loud, amplified music. Outside music needs to end by 9:30 PM.

If you already have a wedding planner, I will be happy to talk to them about the use of the property. If you are looking for a wedding planner, or just someone to perform the ceremony, let me know. I will have some suggestions.
