The House

This gated home sits on a quiet street, yet it is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and a grocery store. Each night you'll have front row seats to a dreamy sunset, whether viewing it from the beach, the spa, or the covered balcony.

The house takes every advantage of the breathtaking views. The upstairs great room is a comfortable gathering spot with more ocean-view seating just beyond the sliding glass doors.

The covered balcony offers comfortable outdoor living to go with Maui's nearly perfect climate. There is a dining table for 6 inside, and another table for 6 outside on the Lanai.

The main living spaces and master bedroom are air-conditioned, although ceiling fans throughout the house and Maui's pleasant trade winds normally provide natural air conditioning.

Downstairs, there's a large media room with a flat-screen TV, state-of-the-art sound system, computer/printer with an internet connection, wet bar, and mini fridge.

The Waterfall Master Bedroom with King bed has a great ocean view from the private balcony, bed and even the walk-in shower. A waterfall off the bedroom balcony cascades into the spa below. Watching the "moonset" from bed is a special treat.

An additional Queen bedroom and full bathroom are just off the Great Room upstairs. Downstairs is a third bedroom with twin beds that can be converted to a King bed, and a third bathroom with shower.

The house comes complete Wi-Fi, a full-size washer/dryer, and plenty of beach towels. In the garage, there are beach chairs, grass mats, several beach toys for kids, lawn games, noodles, boogie boards, strollers, a Pack 'N Play for baby, water booties in several sizes and a Foosball table.
